We are Big Little Brands. Our clan is built of a selected community of small and sustainable brands who offer top of the range products with personality. We were founded by Harry Norris in 2020 to help shine a spotlight on the inspiring group of young brands looking to bring sustainability to the fore-front of fashion. We take time to ensure that all members of our brand family appreciate the importance of sustainable, ethical fashion, so our community knows that what they are buying is eco-friendly as well as top quality.

Indeed, we don’t believe in fear-mongering but think real change starts from taking collective small measures to combat this major contributor to climate change.

Our Green
Impact.

Our green impact comes from negating the waste present in the fashion industry. We simplify sustainable shopping to eradicate waste and reduce greenhouse emissions. This is done by researching and vetting all of our brands to ensure they engage in sustainable practices. Plus, upon product return, none of our items are thrown away but are instead resold to avoid the huge amount of warehouse waste condoned by fast-fashion brands. Going forward, we are also looking to work closer with our businesses to look for opportunities to further improve their practices where possible.

Proactively speaking, we encourage minimalist resource use as a company, such as being paperless, and look to work remotely when possible to avoid unnecessary travel.

Transparency

We are a business run by family and friends who enjoy our work, and hold our brands in the same regard. When recruiting brands, we reach out to them to gauge interest before researching their operations to ensure they are aligned with our ethical vision and approach.

Our philosophy in general is that the fashion industry needs to be far more transparent about its practices. For us, this means that we not only take care to explain the origin of our artisan products but are also clear about how we are funded.

When you make a purchase on our site, 90% of the revenue goes directly to the brand in question along with the shipping fee etc.7.5% of the product cost is then given to us and the final 2.5% is taken by our credit processing contractor. We feel that this reflects the amazing work our brands do to get your products to you and our commitment to their vision.
